How to Measure
We all know dog clothing is extremely important especially when it comes to protect our buddy’s skin against rain, snow and extreme temperatures. It always adds a layer of comfort! So, we should carefully consider the sizing issue when choosing the perfect apparel. Just keep in mind:
Measure twice, Order once!☝️
Every product has its own size chart. We do always provide the manufacturer’s size chart for your reference! We kindly ask that you measure your doggie and refer to the size chart provided on the actual page to ensure that you would receive an item that fits best. If your dog is on the border limit, in between sizes, we would recommend to choose one step up – a larger size.
We enclose some main tips on determining the proper size for your doggie. Please measure your dog’s neck, chest and back following the instructions below:
- Neck girth is taken by measuring the circumference of the neck, just where the collar sits.
- Back length is taken from the base of your dog’s neck, where the collar sits, all the way down to the base of the tail. Your dog must be standing straight for proper measurement.
- Chest girth is taken from the widest part of the dog’s chest, usually right behind the front legs.
It is easier said than done, so having two people would be helpful!
