Orders and Processing
✓ Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from us that includes your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com. Order details are also available in *My Account* for customers who were logged in when placing their order. You may also contact Customer Service for all order enquiries.
✓ We work quickly and make every effort to process items within 1 – 3 business days of receiving your order. Please allow for extra time at holidays and busier seasons.
Sometimes stock levels are not up-to-date on the Online Store and some items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is very rare. In case this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by email as soon and offered a suitable replacement or a full refund.
📍📍Please note that certain items are not available for shipment outside the USA! A note will be listed on each of these items! In this case, most of our clients always use one of these package forwarding service companies - MyUS.com or Reship.com. We are always here for you in case any further assistance or information is needed!
We typically deliver all items in a multiple product order together. However, your order may be subject to split shipment due to the available stock of the items or to allow us to process and deliver your order more efficiently.
✓ You may cancel your order up to the moment that is processed by us. Once your order has been released for shipping, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return your order for a refund once you have received it.
✓ Doggolandia offers a tracked shipping service using USPS, but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL and other shipping methods. Due to the ongoing health pandemic, COVID-19, our estimated delivery time is 4-14 business days. All shipping times are approximate. We will do our very best to get your order to you even in a shorter time frame. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers for the security of your order.
✓ In order to simplify our shipping costs, Doggolandia has a flat shipping rate of $5.00 for most orders. Complimentary USA shipping on orders over $85. You will see your final shipping costs, if any, prior to check out. Please email us if you have any questions. We would be more than happy to assist you 24/7.
Doggolandia is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses submitted, refused shipments, unclaimed shipments and/or and not limited to lost packages. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
✓ We currently offer shipping worldwide! However, some products may not be shipped internationally - please notice the description on each item detail page.
✓ For orders placed internationally, we are pleased to offer flat shipping fees, as follows:
